Billing details
What you are buying is a software subscription to the Guider app. Guider is not a travel agency, tour operator or reservation service: we do not sell flights, hotel rooms, tours or any travel inventory, and we never take payment for travel. Where the app shows stay or transport options, it links out to the provider's own website, and any booking contract and payment is between you and that provider.
Guider is operated by Guider24. Web orders are processed by our payment partner Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for our web orders. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, billing enquiries and tax. Purchases made inside the Android app are billed by Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from inside the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
