Terms & Conditions

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. You must give accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or security, or break these terms.

2. Trip planning and AI content

Ari, our AI assistant, produces suggestions — itineraries, routes, hotels, timings, stories and images. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Guider does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or suitability of any suggestion. Always verify opening hours, prices, road conditions, visas and local rules yourself before you travel.

3. Maps, weather and travel information

Maps, distances, travel times, traffic and weather come from third-party providers and are estimates only. Guider does not guarantee weather accuracy, traffic accuracy, arrival times or road safety.

4. Hotels and booking links

Guider shows hotel information and links to third-party booking sites. We are not the seller, do not process hotel payments and do not guarantee prices or availability. Your booking contract is with the booking provider or the property.

5. GPS tracking and Travel Circle

Live tracking runs only while a trip you started is active. Travel Circle shares your live location with people you invite while sharing is enabled. Only invite people you trust. You can stop sharing or leave a circle at any time.

6. Safety disclaimer

Guider's safety features, SOS dialling and emergency numbers are convenience tools. They are not an emergency service and may fail due to network, device or permission issues. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services directly. Guider is not responsible for your safety while travelling.

7. Your photos and content

You keep ownership of photos and text you add. You grant Guider a limited licence to process them solely to provide the features you request, such as generating your travel memory. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

8. Payments, subscriptions and our payment processor

Our web order process is conducted by Dodo Payments, our payment processor for online purchases. Dodo Payments provides customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.

Guider Premium is a recurring subscription; one-time trip plans are single purchases. The price, billing period and inclusions are shown before you buy. For web purchases, payment, billing, currency, taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Dodo Payments' terms. On Android, purchases are processed and auto-renewed by Google Play until you cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. Entitlement is granted only after our server verifies the purchase.

9. Physical frame orders

Printed photo and frame orders are physical goods sold separately from the digital subscription. Buying a frame does not grant Premium access, and Premium does not include free frames. You can cancel a frame order free of charge until it enters printing. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on digital purchases. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Web refunds are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record; Android purchases follow Google Play's refund process.

11. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app, scrape our APIs, resell access, submit other people's personal data without consent, or use Guider for unlawful purposes.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Safety → Profile → Delete account. We may terminate service for breach of these terms. Some financial records are retained as required by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guider is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost trips, missed bookings, travel disruption or any harm arising from reliance on AI suggestions, maps, weather or safety features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes and contact
